Established in 2008, Crete Investments LLC was formed as a privately held entity to provide
funding for a number of projects that were stalled or in need of capital during and after “The
Great Recession”.
Who we are
- Crete Investments, LLC was formed in 2008 originally for sole the purpose of buying a residential development that was on the brink of foreclosure. The project had come to a halt due to a lack capital. Crete and its members formed a group to fund and manage the project while partnering with builders and continue to build single family homes. The project was the first of many successful ventures.
- Crete has strengthened the relationships with builders by utilizing a strong financial knowledge, and construction background we have continued to search and acquire similar ventures with continued success.
- Though we do buy and sell real estate, it is as the buyer/seller- not as a broker.
- Our focus is on investments, which as it stands now is primarily in the real estate arena but we continually researching and investigating new avenues and opportunities to grow our portfolio outside of real estate.
